1st day of School 2009-2010

Back to school eve began with "Back To School Banana Splits" with friends. Getting the sugar brain rolling!! Then a good night sleep and father's blessings and the Mac clan was ready to roll!!

It's August 24th, 2009 the first day of school for the Macdonald Clan! In anticipation the home was buzzing with the sound of chatter, lunch making, scripture reading, the buzzing of tooth brushes and more as the kids prepared for their first day back in the class room.

Lizzie is now in the 1st grade and growing, growing, what a doll! Kyle is in the 3rd grade and ready to rock and roll and the leaders of the Owen's pack is Zach. Kyle has a new teacher that keeps him laughing and completely entertained! Lizzie has a great teacher and tons of fun! Zach has Mrs. Clarke which is "totally awesome" in his words and is off with a new cell phone in hand, backpack, and lunchbox! Off we go growing, learning and new adventure begins!!

Jessica is a big 7th grader in middle school! Volleyball, Basketball and Track are on the docket for sports and she is still in the orchestra. She is working on spanish as a second language and should be a great help if we decide to go to Mexico as a family in a few years.

Dusty our ferret was up and at 'em runnin' around the house trying to keep up with the hustle and bustle. Boy were Seth and I tired. Lots of work this going back to school bit, but totally worth it for our genius children. The future leaders of AMERICA!!

Off to school and work we go!! What a busy hustle and bustle we have here! FUN, FUN, FUN!!
